I have been seeing Dr. McConville for a few years and it is always a positive experience! Office is clean and staff is great. I docked a star because i wish you could book an appointment online, especially for returning patients. When I called to make my most recent appointment, which was a regular annual exam, I was put on hold for quite a while for something I feel should take a few minutes. I ended up hanging up because no one ever got back to me and called a different day. Booking via an online appointment system would be much easier.

Best place I've EVER been to for my eye exam and specifically for my glasses.
Special shoutout to Justin in the optics department, he went absolutely above and beyond to help me get my glasses and accommodated my crazy schedule to make sure I was taken care of. I've never been treated so well at any optics center I've been to(and I've been to many!). He really deserves a raise and is a phenomenal part of the company and the sole reason I keep coming back.
I strongly recommend Vistarr's Paoli office for your glasses, specifically request Justin! You will be taken care of and satisfied, I guarantee it!
