Eyecare of the Valley

Very nice place to get my glasses , excellent eye doctors and employees, always happy to help. If my glasses need adjusted their always happy to help me . I highly recommend them.

I've been going to Eyecare of the Valley in Pennsburg, PA for years for my comprehensive eye care. First, Lori, optician has always been helpful to me, with tightening my glasses. She is always nice with a smile and professional and extremely knowledgeable about glasses/lenses. Recently my mother fell and I brought her broken glasses into the clinic, without an appointment, just a show up and Lori helped immediately to fix my mother's glasses and has been assisting me to get my mom's glasses adjusted for her. She has been wonderful. I am truly grately and the entire staff is so nice, courteous and friendly. If I ever call and leave a voicemail they call back immediately. I'd give Lori and the staff 50 stars and above. Highly recommend. Thank you Lori and staff!

I have had to contact the billing team over over 228 days to discuss a billing issue that could have been resolved in less than 30 and was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service received. No one provides their name before cutting you off to redirect your call to someone else who also does not know what is going on ... Seems like they are only nice in office but have no tolerance for inbound calls.

Do not trust these people. I got 3 lenses for 3 pairs of glasses with my prescription. Progressive and one frame. I brought with me my own 2 frames and bought a new frame there. My insurance covers my prescriptions AND progressive lenses, I pay zero for that. The only thing that was different was the one lense for sunglasses which I brought in my own frame. I get 150.00 off for frames.. My total bill for one pair of glasses(which $150.00 should have been deducted) and 3 lenses My total bill was $993.00 REALLY???!!!

I left this practice because they couldn't schedule a simple eye exam until 6 months after my call. Gave them a second chance years later and still couldn't do a simple eye exam for 4 months. Both times I went somewhere else and had no problem getting an appointment. This is to me a very disappointing practice. Rude receptionist too.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The front desk was super friendly and helpful, the wait was not that long and Dr. Eiss did an excellent job getting a prescription for my one year old. Then we get to the optical shop, and they were the icing on the cake, they worked tirelessly to get my baby's glasses perfect. I am horrible with names and wish I could remember the names of the lady and man who helped us, but their efforts have been super appreciated. They helped get the right fit, she then went above and beyond to help when my baby was popping the lenses out of her glasses. Overall wonderful place, highly recommend.

Honestly I've been going here since I was a child and recently for the past couple years I have been having high eye pressure readings but none of the drs that work here told me until 3 years later. This is where I had to ask several times what it was but they never gave me a number until recently(3 years later). I also needed an eye scan for a glaucoma check and they gave me the wrong prescription in the test. One other thing to add is since they got new staff at the desk they are pain to deal with and give so many problems with insurance... Disappointed.

Once again I am pleased with my recent visit to this office. Saw the newest doctor. Dr. McClure. He could not have been any nicer or caring. I totally enjoyed the experience. And the staff at the front desk are upbeat, eager to please and genuinely kind and friendly. Even in the midst of busy phones and customers. I highly recommend Eyecare of the Valley!!
