I had an amazing experience at Fab Eye Care center in Malvern. I had gone to the DMV with my dad, but he couldn't pass the DMV eye test, and they sent us here. When we arrived, the front desk let us know they were completely packed for the day and that we might need to come back on Thursday but we really needed this urgently. That's when Chloe stepped out of her office, and honestly, she was a lifesaver. She could tell we were stressed, and instead of sending us away, she said " let me talk to the doctor and see what I can do" she went above and beyond truly. She spoke with Dr. Jon's, explained our situation, and made every effort to help us the same day. He was very helpful. Thanks to Chloe's kindness and determination, they were able to fit us in. Get my dad fully checked, and complete everything we needed. I even told Dr, Jon's that I had to work the next day, and they still made sure we were taken care of before we left. Because of their help , my dad was able to get his permit something we absolutely couldn't have done without them. Chloe was incredibly patient, and genuinely cared about helping us. She absolutely deserves a raise. She is the reason I would come back here in the future and recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much Chloe, for your compassion, your effort, and your amazing attitude. You made a huge difference for us.

The doctors and staff at Fab Eye Care are excellent! A mixture of youth and long time experience brings new technologies and caring patience and knowledge for every office visit and exam. I 100% recommend them to all.

All of the employees here are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Wait times are nearly non-existent and anytime I have an appointment I'm in and out as they work very efficiently. Mark is one of the most pleasant people I've had the opportunity to interact with. He's helped me get new glasses, replace lenses in my sunglasses and he also hooked me up with contacts all very quickly and easily. Turnaround times are also fairly quick, my new glasses were ready within a week, sunglasses around the same and my contacts took 2-3 days. I don't believe any other eye doctor could offer a better service than Fab Eye Care.

Fab Eye Care is Fabulous! Not close to me but well worth the drive. Had trouble seeing close up so they recommended a weaker contact lens for one eye and that solved my problem. State of the art equipment, clean facility and friendly staff. I highly recommend.

I was recommended by Urgent Care in Malvern to see Fab Eye Care. I was able to get an appointment next day and everyone here is so welcoming and helpful. The Dr. was caring, attentive and reassuring about my eye care/treatment. If you can't see that's obvious by the reviews then you need to get your eyes checked here

Dr Jon Fabrizini is one of the most caring and compassionate Eye MD. He was so kind to me with my eye exam. He discovered that my astigmatism had decreased and set me up with generous samples of contacts in a new RX, and provided me care that my insurance would not cover. He is so caring and intelligent and a very empathetic man. His father should be so proud of him and he raised a beautiful intelligent son who is an outstanding Eye MD. Thank you Dr Jon!

I've been going to Dr. Fab and his crew for over 20 years, he continues to innovate and progress his practice by blending committed and hard-working staff members with state of the Art technology. I was in yesterday for my Field eye exam and he introduced me to his latest technology called Iris, which is AI driven, complete with human characteristics, including instruction, encouragement during the exam and super consistent and fast data so that Dr. Fab could diagnose where I was at in my eye journey, within seconds after completion. Many doctors have great bedside manner, some have motivated staff members, but few have a combination of those two things and state of the art technology. Dr. Fab, his sons, his staff members have earned this review, because they never settle for mediocre. I highly recommend you consider them. Entire family supports this message!

Dr. Jon at Fab Eye Care is an excellent provider. He is patient and kind and most importantly very knowledgeable about your eye health and new technology and improvements available to you. We moved back into the area and needed to find a new vision care provider. We were very lucky to find Fab Eye Care in Malvern. The team is friendly and responsive. Dr. Jon recommended a new technology in progressive lenses, called Neuralens. I decided to give it a try and it has been life changing for my vision and ability to use a single pair of glasses all day. I cannot thank Dr. Jon enough for the time he put into getting me set up with these new lenes. I only wish I would have found him sooner.
