Friendly and very helpful staff is only matched by the professionalism and attention from Dr. Kelly. She truly listens to and does all to make the visit and post care pleasant and collaborative. Kudos!

My appointment was 11:15, I wasn't seen until 11:39. The technician was talking with the other employees. The Doctor was very professional. Explaining in details what lay ahead. As far as procedures. I appreciate I was given the option to receive a new prescription or wait for a pending procedure.

My experience was amazing!! Dr Lindsey Kelly and her staff are the best very kind and nice . My glasses were crooked and scratched I needed an appointment asap to replace them . The place is nice,clean and welcoming. Thank you for your excellent service . Hands down the best eye doctor I ever been to. Recommend it 1000 % .

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE EYE EMERGENCY. go to Scranton . Called because my son had eye injury and sudden change of eye sight . I call north east eye mt pocono , ask if they could get my son in to see his eye Dr . Dr Lindsey Kelly . They said she is getting ready to go home . I asked if I can speak to her for some advice or speak to a Dr for advice on what to do where should I take him if they can't see him . This is an eye emergency he can't see after hitting it after school getting on bus. The women on the phone put me on hold came back said she can get me in . On Monday ( it's Wednesday) that's 5 days from now . The front lady then said to me - this seems more like it neurological issues !!!! How are you gonna diagnose my son with neurological symptoms when number one you're not qualified to do that over the phone as a front desk / phone operator you got a degree? two how are you going to diagnose my son when you won't even see him even though he is Dr. Kelly's patient and it's a emergency ??!! Wow wow I am very very saddened by lack of care And lack of simple advice I got from this office . Neurological issues !!! Wow he hit his eye and HE CAN NOT / can't see out of it ! It's an emergency and Dr Kelly is getting ready to leave .but can't get on the phone ? But she didn't leave and is still in the office the lady says ?? Just stay away drive to Scranton - much better care . Better drs . Who listen and can get your eye checked out in emergency situations. P.s BETTER TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER . Cus they are not professionals at all . I am so disappointed by the way I was treated by the staff the women was condescending and rude with no care in the world . she told me it wasn't an emergency that my son had neurological issues. I hope they record their phone calls and came be listened too her diagnosis of neurological issues over the phone . She was working on Dec 17.2025 @ 3:30 pm answering phones in mt. Pocono office . I pressed #5 for emergencies she answered and she 1000% needs to be retrained . I was thinking lady if this was only happening to you , and you were in this situation you wouldn't be talking to me this way . Dr Lindsey Kelly office do better

I've been going here for some time and have always had a pleasant experience. The Doctor is great and always has a pleasant demeanor and professionalism. Highly recommended.

My experience was good staff were very pleasant and courteous,the doctor was amazing she takes time to explain everything steps by steps so I could understand, overall I'll give my visits 100%

Took my 5-year-old here today, and the staff was amazing. My daughter was having the time of her life interacting with the staff. Great place to go for kids.
