I want to share a story.
The entire staff is awesome. One staff member who handles patient check out is particularly awesome.
My husband and I checked out. We called my husband's medical transport to pick us up. It was getting later and very cold and they couldn't find a Lyft driver. So I started to download Uber. If we had to pay ourselves we had to get home.
My phone was extremely slow. So the only person left at the front desk was Jessica.
She pulled Uber up on her phone, used my card and we found a driver. She kept Uber on her phone til she was sure they came.
Her help and kindness should be recognized.

We felt very welcomed by everyone in the building, everyone was so cheerful and so kind, the dr very thorough explained every step of the way and took both my son and I feelings into consideration and was able to explain that everything was fine and that we could calm down..

Im never in there more than an hour, Dr.Blehm is awesome and knows how to make you feel comfortable. The only downside is my insurance doesnt cover glasses for adults so im probably going to get them somewhere else.

My daughter has ASD and is non verbal. She is always a handful in any place she is not used to and when we break her routine. This office was very understanding and kind. The eye doctor herself was wonderful to my daughter and the experience went from worry and frustration to happiness at the treatment and understanding. I would recommend for everyone particularly anyone who is going to be uncomfortable. I cannot praise them enough.
