3/2024. I recently took my father here for a exam and a new pair of eyeglasses. We were quite pleased after our visit and felt he had got a thorough eye exam and was treated professionally and kindly. When his glasses were ready and he picked them up he was so happy with the quality and fit!! I would highly recommend their exam and their technicians that help. The doctor is top-notch and we will be back again whenever it's time for another exam.

Nice little practice. I was disappointed with my contacts I got here. After my eyes rejected them and I went back for help, I felt the doctors were blaming everything on how I cared for my contacts and were adamant that the contacts were not the problem. After several visits and prescriptions that didnt help, and quite a few dollars later, I went to another eye doctor who promptly diagnosed and treated my condition and got my vision back! I have worn contacts for seven years and this is the first trouble I had! Sadly, I don't believe I will be going back! On the plus side, the doctors were very friendly and caring!

I love the care I receive for my eyes and the friendly service that is offered all the time. The Doctors are competent. The reason for only four stars is when I get new lenses I wish they could be put into the frames while I wait.

I was a patient for many years before moving away. I always appreciated the superb care and professionalism shown by all. I recently returned as a patient and was pleasantly reminded of the extra special care shown by all.

I really like Dr Garfield personally so this is painful to write. I'm done with them. They can't look up when your appointment is because they "don't use a computer for that". Was told I would have to give them time to look through "the book" and they "don't have time for that right now". Get a freaking computer and learn how to use it! Then when I asked them to order my glasses in a different color frame than black they said that's all they have. I Google searched the brand and model and found out they make them in 8 different colors. So I asked them when they order them on the website to pick the color I wanted. Was told they don't order on the internet. I said call them and order them that way. Was told they don't order that way. She finally said they order by fax and she will put the color request on the fax "but there's no way to be sure and the company doesn't answer the phone" so they cannot confirm. So when they finally came in the Rx or something is way off. $250 wasted. So I asked for my PD value because they don't write it on your rx card. She got obviously emotional and defensive and said if I was ordering online from China I will probably get bad results, acted like she wasn't going to give it to me. Guess what. For $20 I got a pair of glasses I wear every day, love them, they were right the first time and I didn't have to deal with people stuck in the 1960's with an attitude. I liked them so much I ordered a second pair, spot on again. Time to evolve or become irrelevant guys.

Great place. Highly professional, friendly and fun to go to! If you need a good eye doctor this is the place to go.
