Terrible practice. It's bad enough they only see patients on Wednesdays in Richboro. My son had an appointmeny for 2:30 which they cancelled the day before stating the doctor would not be available at that time. Fast forward two weeks later for the scond appt. again at 2:30 called today and said the doctor would not be available for theappt. Never dealt with such an incompatent medical prectice. Very dissapointed.

I came to visit my family in PA and while I was here my glasses broke. I stopped in your eyes center because my family loves them. The manager Theresa was amazing, she went above and beyond to help me out in a pinch. she was able to find a frame to fit my lenses to get me by. The frame selection there was very nice. I will definitely be stopping in again when I come to visit in the summer. This time I would love to check out the doctor and buy some new glasses. Theresa I can't thank you enough for saving my trip home, you are lifesaver!!!!

Although they have nice frames....the staff NEVER stays. They gave my husband the wrong RX (Doctors fault) which gave him migraines for months. In another occasion lenses were performed incorrectly and after returning them they didn't even put a PRIORITY on fixing the problem. We waited for over 2wks for them to get fixed. They sell Designers frames w/o the matching cases and you NEVER get a call back when there is an issue. I won't be returning...I guess its BACK to the city I go.

This place is a disorganized mess. They couldn't figure out how to run my insurance when I was there and told me I may or may not be billed an undiscoled amount because of it (this exact thing was happening to someone else in the office while I was there too). This happened even after I gave them my insurance information a week before my appointment. On top of that the file that they had put together for me as a new patient had been lost and needed to be re-prepared while I waited. I had also brought in frames to have lenses put in them. I called 2 days later to make sure my frames were sent out for lenses (which took several calls to get through) and they were still sitting in the office. Then they told me it would be about 2 weeks after that that they would be ready. At this point I am frustrated because I need these glasses to see. Even with my own frames the lenses cost 130$ for anti glare. I have never bought glasses before so I don't know if this is average or not. Several times when I have called over the course of this process the phone just rings and rings. No one picks up even though it is during business hours. I just wanted to get this out there since there are so many good reviews but for me this place has been consistently disorganized. The only plus is the doctor who checked my eyes was very kind and did a really good job with my prescription. I was very appreciative of that since I haven't had glasses or an eye exam since I was a kid.

I have been gong to Your Eyes Center for about 13 years. I started going to their Langhorne location and eventually transitioned over to the Richboro location a few years ago. I am pretty diligent about keeping regular with my eye exams as my family has a history of glaucoma. Dr. Mila Batushansky is superb when it comes to eye health. She performs a very comprehensive and robust exam every single time. This includes looking at the back of my eye as well as measuring eye pressure. I was pleasantly surprised to find out years ago that her office boast state of the art technology that allows you to do that. Eventually, after having kids, I started bringing them in for exams as well. She is equally as great with kids as she is with adults. Dr. Batushansky was the first eye doctor that convinced me to try contact lenses. She was very patient with me while I tried on multiple brands during the first few months of wear until I finally found the ones I liked. They offer contact lens "training" for beginners that helped me learn how to put them in and take them out. The office is very welcoming and comfortable, although there isn't even much waiting involved as they really do keep to appointment times. The front desk staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. On many occasions they would speak to my insurance to get resolution. I also love that they offer variety of frames for every price point. To date, I've gotten multiple, including designer brands. Overall, I've recommended this office to all of my friends and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a very knowledgeable, up to date with latest technology, well-studied and well-read doctor.

Last spring I bought a Groupon and thought I'd try this place, the frames are very expensive and over-priced, and the resulting glasses were uncomfortable and create a glare, never fitted correctly, still waver on my face and pinch my head behind my ears. I cannot wear them comfortably. Asked for a different frame and they said I would need to re-purchase the lenses. I declined. Also ordered contact lenses, a years supply that was to have a B&L $60 rebate. The rebate was expired and when I tried to resolve it with Heather the customer service person, I was constantly ignored. Will not go back and will not reccommend to any others.

I had the pleasure and the privilege of working alongside Dr. Batushansky. I have now been a patient of hers for longer than we worked together. Not only is she a fine doctor, she is also quite the instructor. Dr. Batushansky explains every condition and sees to it that you understand your own exam results. Her equipment is state of the art and her research is always current. Working with a brilliant, humane, sophisticated lady set the professional standard for me. Exceptional patient care is her first priority, which is why I will always trust her.

I've been wearing glasses since I was 3 years old! That's 32 years of needing an Optician's care! My longtime doctor retired and I needed to find a new doctor to care for my eyes. I went from one eye doctor to another, never finding one that made me feel comfortable. That is until I met Dr. Milla! Dr Milla immediately made me feel comfortable and valued! Her superb staff made it easy for me to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me and when I arrived, Dr Milla was ready for me. I didn't have to wait! I found the examination to be thorough and Dr Milla talked me through each aspect of the examination so there were no surprises lurking. I am thoroughly happy with my experience and am happy to finally have an eye doctor that I can trust! Thank you Dr. Milla!
