Lucchetti Total Vision

I had an eye emergency and the staff got me an appointment right away. Dr. Lucchetti and the staff could not have been nicer to me. I felt at ease with all of them. Dr. Lucchetti took his time in explaining everything too me. The staff are wonderful people. Highly recommend this establishment

This is my favorite appointment to make of all the " Adulting appointments" . The staff is exceptionally helpful, they absolutely make you feel special and like you are the only patient when choosing and styling your new glasses. Dr. Lucchetti is hands down the most personable of all the staff, he clearly sets the culture in that office and it shines through the moment you enter through the doors. Although his staff had completely turned over due to the nature of the past 1.5 years since I had been to the office; they way they all ebbed and flowed together one would have never known. It's as if they have all worked together since forever. Check em out if you need to have your vision checked, I'm sure they won't disappoint!

I've been wearing contacts over 35 years, glasses even longer, and have had many varied experiences in eye doctor offices over the years. I have had nothing but exceptional service from Dr. Lucchetti and his staff. Very happy with the contacts he fitted me with, as I am able to drive and then go to doing small, detailed without additional assistance. Great job, I highly recommend their services.

Wonderful place! Dr. Lucchetti is a very kind, professional, knowledgeable doctor. The staff are not only polite, but friendly and personable. The service my son and I received today is as one *should* expect from a doctor's visit. I'm very pleased. As everyone knows, not all doctors offer a level of attentiveness to care as others. Dr. Lucchetti exceeded my expectations and past experiences. I don't review lightly or very often. But this was one time I felt impressed enough to make it known! On a side note - the office is beautiful!

I had an eye infection which progressively got worse and by late on a Friday I thought I best do something about it before an upcoming work trip the following week. I called and left a message after hours describing my dilemma. To my surprise Dr. Lucchetti responded within an hour or so and we were able to schedule a Saturday appointment. He was great at communicating and was able to see me and provided excellent service and diagnosis of my issue. I left confident that my eye would be better in the prescribed interval. Very happy with Dr. Lucchetti's above and beyond service!

I have been going to Dr. Lucchetti for a few years, and I have always had a positive experience. He's patient in answering my questions and recently saved me in a bind when my new contacts weren't going to arrive in time for a special occasion due to shipping delays. Highly recommend!

Customer Service is fantastic, but not being available at all on Saturday. It's very tough frames. Take way too long to come in.

I really like Dr. Luchetti. The place is clean and they have a great selection of glasses. A couple of the staff members are extremely rude. I was told by someone not to go here for this reason but I went anyway. It took a while but I finally saw what they were talking about. They are very condescending. Why they think they have the right to speak to people like that is beyond me. There are other comparable places with much, much nicer staff.
