We were searching for a new eye doctor and heard great reviews from friends and family about Bigley Eyecare Associates. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how kind and welcoming everyone was! Dr. Porter provided each of us with a thorough eye exam, explaining everything clearly, offering helpful advice, and answering all of our questions with ease. The staff who assisted us in selecting frames were fantastic--quick to suggest options and genuinely helpful in finding the best fit. The level of care and attention we received throughout our visit was outstanding. We're excited to fully recommend Bigley Eyecare Associates to anyone in need of quality eye care!

As a customer of about 20+ years, I will not go anywhere else! This is one Dr. visit that I don't dread! I see Dr. Sam Bigley, and I've been seeing him from the start, basically. He is so kind, caring, personable, and professional. He takes such great care of you. He makes sure that you are completely taken care of and understand what is happening with your eyes, and you can just tell that he absolutely loves what he does! I have even been taking my child to him, and you can bet he gets that great care that I've always received. I've never had a bad experience with him or anyone there. Everyone is so sweet and caring. Even when something comes up and Dr. Bigley is out and I have to visit with Dr. Needle, I still receive that great care! 10/10 will always recommend!!

I have been a patient at the practice for the majority of my life. I have always felt welcome, comfortable, and well informed by the doctors and staff. This a top notch, family oriented doctor's office. I always look forward to my next appointment. They all go out of their way to do what is best. Thank you Bigley and Associates!!!!

If your eyes and vision matter AND you want to look your best.... Read On.. Dr. Needle is thorough and makes it very clear that he cares about your eyes. He will explain every aspect of the exam. Words do not do his knowledge justice. This is one of very few offices I leave assured I'm in good hands. I need help choosing glass frames and staying within budget. Stephanie allowed me to walk in today "knowing" what I wanted. I tried them on and BLAH! Stephanie looked around the optical room walked over to a different pair on display. I tried them on. And bought them!!! They are perfect and within budget !!! Stephanie middle name must be Patience. And a shout out to Michelle too. Great team!!!

The staff is extremely nice and friendly. The doctors explain everything to help you understand. The ladies back in optical go above and beyond helping you pick out glasses and making sure they fit perfectly. I've been going there for years and I will always recommend this place. 10/10

Check what you are paying for. I have over payed once and been charged once for something that I did not ask for. I had to make a trip back both times to receive money/ a check in an envelope. Michelle, the lady who handles billing was unhelpful and rude. She told me how wrong I was. She also told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. I love Dr. Porter however I will not be back because of the way I have been treated by other staff. Also they claim to have no proof of me being over charged two visits ago and I was made to feel like I was lying when I had to return for cash in an envelope. When they make a mistake they should apologize and make it right not argue with their customers and try to make them feel dumb. Shame on you Michelle you cost them my family's business that's for sure.

The only optometry office to go to in the area! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; they aren't afraid to take their time and make sure you're comfortable and happy with your decisions. Questions about billing are thoroughly explored and explained and they give you total peace of mind. All of the doctors are top notch and go above and beyond the scope of expectation and I'll never go anywhere else.

The best eye care experience I've ever had. From the ladies at the front counter, to my exam with Dr. Needle to the help I received with the wide selection of frames and contacts. Everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with. You would have to make an extreme effort to have a bad experience at Bigley's.
