Forgot what time my appointment was called to find out and was told in a very rude attitude that I missed it and could not schedule another one due to a no show forgetting the time was my fault and I take ownership of that but giving an attitude due to a mistake is uncalled for

My visit with Dr. Boyle was Sept 15 and there are many instruments for eye examinations. Lori helped me with contact lenses for cosmetic purposes. The facility was clean, well-lit with some decor and many courteous associates.
Dr. Boyle's examination was thorough and cost $210 as I had no insurance coverage. I would recommend to others.

I have utmost confidence in the care and advice I receive from the staff in this office, and have never had a better experience particularly in the eyewear selection process. The specialists really know their products and more importantly how the products work for you. They are patient, honest, and above all very helpful, and make the entire process enjoyable. Dr. Boyle and his staff are absolutely amazing. I was experiencing a pretty severe eye problem that was worsening by the hour so I placed a call to this office. I must say, I have not had a routine eye exam in approximately 5 years but despite that fact they gave me an immediate appointment to see Dr. Boyle. When I arrived I was treated wonderfully by all the staff in the office. Dr. Boyle throughly examined my eye and provided me with instructions and medications to help alleviate my symptoms. Within about 12 hours my eye was so much better. Dr. Boyle was concerned with the severity of my eye during my 1st appointment and made sure to see me after the weekend to make sure everything was progressing well. It's great to see a physician who cares about their patients and their overall well-being. Without the care and compassion from Dr. Boyle and his staff, I would've found myself in a pretty bad situation. Thanks Dr. Boyle and staff, I truly can not thank you enough.
