Crystal Vision Center - Scranton

Chris at Crystal Vision (Scranton) was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to help fix my daughter's glasses, tirelessly working to reuse her current lenses and fit them perfectly into a new frame. His patience, skill, and attention to detail were truly impressive. We were in and out within an hour, the price was great, and the service was absolutely top-notch. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much about doing the job right. My daughter and I were both anxious but their empathy truly made a difference. Highly recommend Chris and the entire staff at Crystal Vision!

The eye exam was ok. No issues there. The First time I was notified I went in and the prescription on the left eye was incorrect. Waited about another week and got notified again. I went in and the prescription was the right one. However after I examined my glasses I noticed the lenses were thick and the same size as my previous pair which had no upgrades. I've had a pair of thin lenses at one point and when I was offered the upgrade to thinner lenses I went with it, thinking it was the same but when I asked about it the guy at the front gave me an attitude and was very rude. I told him I dont understand what the issue is im just trying to understand what material I paid for because I thought I was paying for the thinner lenses. He said those were it. They have decent prices they just need to get better with the customer Service.

My husband accidentally got crazy glue on his lens so we were in desperate need Of new glasses. Crystal vision got us in within one day, which we were thrilled and when we got there, Kelly waited on us. She couldn't have been more professional, nice and all around. Great sales Girl. We walked in needing one pair and we left ordering three pairs on a great deal. She was very helpful and we wanted to leave her a nice review. Thank you Kelly for everything and all your help will be waiting patiently for our new glasses. Thanks again for everything.

Our appointment was on 10/1/25 and the employee that's assisted us was Kelly. She was a breath of fresh air! So helpful and patient to a young lady that was very nervous about changing her look. Thank you for making the experience so positive! The eye doctor was also very informative and kind. Not a negative thing to say about our visit.

I was extremely happy with my service there. The doctor was awesome. Kelly is really good at her job and helped me pick the right pair of glasses in minutes. She knew exactly what I liked. Definitely ask for Kelly after your eye exam. She will breakdown everything you need to know. I give Kelly 5 stars as well!

Brought my mother in to get her glasses checked. Kelly was there and went above and beyond of what she was suppose to for her! She has a great attitude and really takes care of the people that come in . Not to mention she had my mom laughing the entire time . It's nice to see people who take care of others whether they have to or not . Good job Kelly

I went for my eye exam at the Keyser Ave store in the beginning of June, which went very well, the Dr was very nice, professional and friendly, knew what she was doing. I picked out my frames and got the lenses all done and paid for. Was told they would be ready in about 2 weeks. 4 weeks later still waiting for the new glasses. Kept calling to find out when I could expect them only to keep being told they were expecting a big order and my glasses should be in that order. 5 weeks later I had to call my insurance company because I was being told at the store that it was an insurance hold up. Well come to find out while my glasses were being "made" the frame broke and new frame had to be ordered. It didn't make sense to me why this was taking so long but, ok. So my insurance company told me they would pay for a second complete pair of glasses for me because of the problems. I was grateful for this but still waiting for the original ordered pair. 6 weeks after ordering my first pair of glasses I was finally contacted to say they were in. I went to pick them up and immediately knew something was off, ended up having to send them back to have the progressive lenses redone as the measurements taken had put them up to high. I ordered the second pair when I picked up the first pair. Waited another 2 weeks, this put me at 8 weeks of waiting, I finally was able to pick up my original ordered pair of glasses and after a little adjustment was able to wear them. I asked about the 2nd pair but was informed they weren't ready yet. Keep in mind this puts me at 2 weeks waiting for the second pair. I've had to call every week to ask if they were in yet. So now I'm at 4 weeks waiting for the second pair. When I called today I was informed they were in. But I had to be the one to call, I wasn't called. I went to pick the second pair up and as the woman was wiping the lenses she cracked the frame. I now have to wait till who knows when for this pair to be done, yet again. I hadn't even gotten them on to try them! It is now August 25th so I can say I've spent months waiting on glasses. I only give 2 stars because the exam went so well. Will update when I FINALLY receive the second pair. Update, I finally received the second pair in middle of September.

My girl Kelly she is amazing fixed my baby glasses so quick. And I had no appointment. The optometrist Dr. Sandra awesome. Come here for all your family eye needs
