Northeastern Eye Institute: Jordan-Flickin Marybeth OD

The worst Eye Institute I have came across in my life. I would highly recommend to go to Eye Care Specialist and not come here at the Northeastern Eye Institute. Basically, my grandfather had an appointment for 12:05 PM and I reached here at 12:00 PM. I checked him in around 12:08 PM and since than we waited for nearly 40 Mins until someone came through the doors calling my grandfather's name. After that I waited another 20 mins for Dr. Christopher to come in and check. At this moment it is 1:30 PM and I am still waiting for the Dr. So, as per my understanding they should not be operating like this. God knows what time we will be out of here. Seems like these people are gonna make it nearly 2 hours to get us out of here. Such a disappointment Eye Institute. This Institute has alot to learn and need help so badly on how to operate. This Institute is time consuming. If you are bored and have alot of time only then go to this Northeastern Eye Institute. Good Luck if you have already booked an appointment with them.
