Dr Vale and his staff are great! I did a lot of research before deciding on lasik. Despite being 2 hours from my home, Dr Vale stood out to me as the best choice. 3 years later I have no regrets!

Dr.Vale is exceptional. Accepted me as an emergency patient on XMAS EVE! Even called me Christmas day to see how i was doing. Third doctor i visited to try and fix my eye problem, and he nailed it on the first visit.

My wife had LASIK surgery with Dr. Steven Vale back in 2011, and we are still so happy with the results! He was able to correct several of her vision issues, and thanks to him she no longer needed to wear bifocals. Having his office so close to home made the whole process even more convenient. Dr. Vale is an excellent ophthalmologist, and his staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional. We're very grateful for the care she received and highly recommend Dr. Vale to anyone considering LASIK or eye care.

I had Lasik done yesterday by Dr. Vale. I woke up this morning and everything was clear (already have 20/20 vision). I haven't been able to see in almost 20 years and my vision is better now than with contacts or glasses. He is a great doctor and a great person as well. His staff was very friendly and extensively answered my millions of questions. The price was amazing. Everywhere else I looked, they wanted double the amount that Dr. Vale charged. I never thought I would be able to afford it, but he made it happen. Very pleased and would recommend to everyone!

I am not a patient of Dr. Vale. I wanted to be a patient. I called in with pink eye and he refused to let me come into his office. I told the receptionist it had been three weeks since I contracted the covid and pinkeye. No one suggested any treatment over the phone. Perhaps there is a miscommunication between receptionist and doctor. Anyway, even if someone had pinkeye, they would want to know if it was bacterial or viral. That is what a doctor does. I have since received a correct diagnosis of dry eye infection following pinkeye from a different doctor. I think two stars was generous.

After an incredibly negative experience last year at mega-eye practice I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled to find Dr Vale. Before I retired I worked in ophthalmology, in another state, from 1984 - 2014 as an ophthalmic tech and practice manager. I also have two ophthalmologists in my family, one retired and one out of state, and I am now happy to have one local. Thank you Dr Vale and staff.

My Lasik was performed about 2 months ago. I am SO Happy with my results. My vision is actually about 20/15 (which is slightly better than 20/20)! Dr. Vale and his staff were wonderful. The price can not be matched; believe me, I've searched. After years of wanting to have the procedure and debating, I'm glad I finally did it!

Dr Vale and his team took the time to answer all of my questions. I educated myself as much as possible before going into this, and so far so good. I am 5 days post Epi Lasik and although I still have halos around lights, I have no pain and my vision is greatly improved!
