Amazing care! I've gonne twice to this location to get both my yearly eye exam and new frames and glasses. The staff was charming, the place organized and clean and the paperwork process was smooth and over quickly. The most important factor to me was that the optitian that took care of my transaction was honestly trying to get the best for me given my insurance plan rather than push an expensive product. This goes for both the selection of frames and of glasses. Edit: Came for my yearly appointment in 2025 and they are still amazing!

Since they moved from Robinson mall they've engaged in price gouging. They add on an unnecessary test to a standard exam at $50 by trying to get you to sign a waiver. Also the price to just replace lenses have doubled. Charge Sewickley prices just to take advantage of people in the area who aren't informed or just don't. Took my prescription to Costco and saved 50% If you like wasting money, then this place is fabulous. Won't be back.
