Eye Sense

I've been going to this place since I was a kid. Recently I moved about 30 minutes out of the area so I was not local anymore. Although, I kept going to this place for about two more years. That I have to saw was a complete waste of time. I had one of my appointments cancelled 3 TIMES IN A ROW! I was on my last pair of contacts stretching them 3 months! I asked the secretary that called and canceled me for the third time if I could have another pair of contacts to hold me over since they canceled my appointment and I did not have anymore contacts. They wanted me to pay for them! After that I decided to just find a new doctor. And I did just that and it's the best decision I made. When I went to my new eye doctor I let them know what contacts I wear and here my eye sense doctor was ripping me off. She prescribed me contacts that were supposed to be ONLY worn two weeks and she advised me they were monthly throw aways. My new doctor informed me that they were NOT monthly contacts and that if I wanted monthly contacts I would need to be consulted for a different type of contact. Prior to that I constantly had problems with my eyes burning, redness, watery, and sensitive to light. All along it was from that doctor giving me two week contacts and telling me that were supposed to be thrown away and she informed me they were monthly's and she even charged me for them! After I got consulted for a new type of contact that were the correct ones I can tell you two years later I have no problems with my eyes. I do NOT recommend eye sense! The customer service is horrible, your treated like garbage and the doctors are horrible. I would never go back to this place ever again.

This place is a joke... you make appts months in advance and they call and say they need to reschedule and the earliest they have is months later, this happened to me, my son, and my fiance, all different appts... the Dr is always "sick" well maybe it's time to retire.

The staff was professional, friendly and accessible. Have been using eyesense for about 10 years and have had a good experience.
