The Mt. Airy New Freedom, PA office is one of THE best offices of any sort I have been to in years! The front desk ladies are polite, courteous, and professional ~~ both in person and on the phone. The assistant and Dr. were the same; extremely thorough as well. Then there is the lady that helps you select, fit, and order your glasses. She is amazing ~ and has been for years. Her honest opinion has never steered me wrong. If you want a great experience, I highly recommend you contact this particular MyEyeDr. Office. Kim M.

The staff at the location was all fantastic to work with however my glasses and contacts weren't right. I went back multiple times to try and get my glasses and contacts to feel right. Fast forward I was able to make it back to my hometown to see my old eye dr who said "they just copied your old prescription but failed to realize you need a prism lens" so over $500 later for me to never wear or use my glasses or contacts I had to spend another $200 + to finally be able to see. Very unfortunate. I was seen I believe feb or march 2024.

I had a very great experience! I got a better deal on my contacts than 1800, plus free sunglasses ! And a rebate coupon ! Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

What a fantastic experience! Everything is so easy these days! Myeyedr is really great at what they do. Staff was wonderful. Ease of making appt 100%. Glasses were kind of on the upper end monetarily...but when it comes to my eyes...I'm not cheaping out. No way. Thank you for always making so painless! Great job!

Appointments are 3 months wait time unless you pay 44 dollars extra for a unnecessary check not covered by insurance. I will not be making a appointment or going back anytime soon.

I gave one star because customer service was good. Also, scheduling was easy. However, when I arrived, I was given paperwork to complete. I am assuming it was routine paperwork. There was a form with a signature line, highlighted, for me to sign. The form said that I was declining to see the doctor. I asked for an explanation and was told the doctor was not there. I said I am not declining to see the doctor. I scheduled the appointment when a doctor was supposed to be there. I wasn't contacted and told that the doctor was not available. That is a very shady, unethical practice. I was not comfortable with the deception so I left. I would not recommend this business and I will not go there again.

I started wearing glasses 3 years ago and this is the only place I have been. I love going here. Never had any problems. I call to schedule my appts. Just keep in mind that they normally are scheduling a few months out. When it's time to choose frames, they take their time and help me pick the ones I like and I've decided to try contacts this time! I'm currently waiting for them to come in so I can schedule my beginner contacts training! So excited!

My insurance only covers a "remote" doctor at all of these facilities. They want $140 to see this doctor when at any other eye care center it is all covered to see a physical optometrist. Very shady practice just trying to get more money from you and your insurance.
