Not only were the ladies really nice and helpful, but the doctor was awesome. I've never been able to see so well in my life. He was the most thorough eye doctor I've ever experienced and he only took about 10 to find my prescription.

My wife and eye went here for glasses because we had got them here before with no problems. Well I don't know what happened here but we will not be going to this branch again. My wife waited over 2 weeks and when she went in to get them they were the wrong ones and the lady made her feel like it was her fault. Mine took over a month and I kept getting the run around and when they finally arrived the one lens had a scratch in it . Well they ordered new lenses and I went down because they said they arrived and I get there waited almost 10 minutes to be told she couldn't put them in and could I come back on Wednesday. I'm 66 years old and wearing eyeglasses since I was 6 years old and never have I ever had this problem. Apologies are fine but they don't fix the problem that you're business doesn't have enough help and people who know there job. Hopefully they can put the new lenses in next Wednesday so I don't ever have to come back. It's a shame since it was close by. I hope there Temple & Lebanon branches are better.

Can't say enough good things about my experience! Dr. Harris was very thorough and patient, she took her time to explain everything to me and was so nice! The girls out front were very helpful when it came time to pick out my eyeglasses. They gave me great options and honest opinions. I can't wait to get them!

I saw Dr. Harris today at Eyeland Optical in Sinking Spring. She was kind, caring, non-judgmental and extremely knowledgeable. She came up with a plan of care for my eye issue and explained everything so that I felt comfortable moving forward. The front desk staff was able to fit me in with not much notice from myself. The front desk staff were kind and professional and added a personal touch to their service. If you're looking for an office who is going to treat you with respect and not like "just another patient" I would recommend this office. My appointment went flawlessly over my lunch break and I got back to work with time to spare.

Woke up Sunday morning to find my dog had destroyed my glasses overnight, so i scheduled a last minute appointment Monday afternoon. Upon arrival, i filled out the necessary paperwork and was taken for the exam exactly on time. The optometrist was extremely nice and helpful and was done with the exam quickly. I picked out frames with the help of one of the associates and was out the door in less than 30mins of my appointment time. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful and made quality small talk while shopping and checking out. Overall this experience is far greater than the other large chain stores i had been at before. Will be back for all my vision needs.

Me and my wife just visited this place a few weeks ago it was our first time in we decided to try a new place for our glasses and we will most definitely be returning. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful especially the young lady who helped us out Kaysha. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The doctor was super pleasant as well. I highly recommend this place.

Manager Amy outright lied to me. On several occasions in the process of getting 1 pair of glasses. After my exam appt on 4/29 I received my glasses on 5/1. The frames were damaged which Amy tried to convince me it was normal and they just needed adjusted. I immediately asked her to order new frames. After I left with these damaged frames on my face . i realised that there is gaps at the top and bottom of my lenses(lenses were cut wrong!) Also there were black spots in the center of each lens that would not clean off. So next day 5/2 I called to inform them of these issues and requested a whole new pair of glasses since these had so many issues. Was told by Amy on the phone that she was ordering them right away. So after a week of waiting I tried to call the store and the phone wasn't answered after several attempts. So road trip back to the store to find out where my glasses were. They weren't there yet and I was told they are taking extra time to QC them since its a remake. Ok fair enough. Fast forward another week. I call at 3pm and speak to Amy . I asked her about my glasses and what is going on? Then she puts me on hold for 4 minutes then answers again and asks if she can "call me back in a few minutes I'm finishing up with a customer" ok sure please make sure you call me right back I've already been waiting too long. An hour goes by and still no call back! Frustrated with this whole situation I stop in once again since I still hadn't heard anything. This was on 5/15/19. Amy was dusting. I told her my name and she was "just about to call you" right.. So she tells me how this is all Davis visions fault. She told me " they broke the frames on your replacement glasses so they had to order another frame for it, should be in in a couple of days" ok. Now I suspect in getting fed a line of BS. So on 5/17/19 decided I'm gonna call Davis and find out what is going on? Well low and behold Amy lied to me multiple times. The original replacement frames were never ordered. So that was a lie! The replacement full set of glasses that they were supposed to order on 5/2 were only ordered on the 15th. Surprise. She lied again! I get it mistakes happen but this was downright wrong to lie to your customer! So decided after I find all this out in gonna stop in yet again and see what's going on. Yes I called Amy out on her lies. No apology. No nothing. Turns out my glasses did arrive that day. Amy gave them to the other manager on duty so she could adjust them and finish my transaction. Which was good since I didn't even want to be near her lying self.Amy stayed in the back the whole time I was there! The other manager that helped me seemed professional and courteous. Didn't catch her name. I've gone to the Lebanon Eyeland for years and always had a great experience. Went to the sinking spring eyeland because its closer to home. Worst experience ever! Definately not worth the stress they caused ! So an improvement would be to get rid of Amy! She has no place in customer service! Especially not manager material! Don't lie! Own up to your mistakes! Had you been honest this wouldn't be an issue!
