Dr. Chacha and the staff there at family eye Care center took real good care of me. I am not from the area but needed new glasses and after a very thorough and professional eye exam went back to my tried and true silhouette glasses and they carry them. Just pick them up and I really like them. But did I like family eye Care center? Absolutely we go back in a jiffy and would recommend to anyone in the area.

Family Eyecare offers quality Eyecare! Dr Chacha is thorough in her evaluation including recommendations to minimize further eye changes with the aging process. Wonderful support from Nippon in choosing frames. And great frame styles to choose from!

Dr. Chacha and her husband, Nippon are fantastic! I have been a patient for many years. At 67, I am very particular whom I will go to for my eyes considering I have macular degeneration and need a well versed doctor. Dr. Chacha has always been spot on and I sincerely believe I still have legible sight due to her attention to detail. Her husband compliments her practice by providing a perfect fit and position of my bifocals every time. If you need a good, honest, reliable and personable practice where both Dr. Chacha and her husband will "get it right", then Family Eyecare is the place to go. Just wanted to share my experience today with Family Eyecare Center. My previous eye doctor no longer took my insurance, so I decided to give Family Eyecare Center a try since I passed this small building everyday on my way home from work. I needed a complete eye examine and I have to say, Dr. Chacha is a very caring, thorough and knowledgeable person. I was impressed when she showed me on her monitor pictures and images of what she was explaining regarding her findings with my eyes. I really like when a doctor goes the "extra step" when trying to explain something medical. If you're looking for a good eye doctor, I can say that my experience with Dr. Chacha was very positive.

Our whole family went for eye exams (2 adults, a 9 year old and a 6 year old). They were so nice and Dr. Chacha was very thorough. She spent a lot of time with each person and never made it feel rushed like some other places do. Her and everyone else that worked there were very helpful in selecting glasses. There was no pressure but they ended up picking out the glasses that we purchased. They knew what would look better on us than we did ourselves! Also, it was a very nice and clean office. They are careful to disinfect everything due to covid.

My family and I have been using Family Eyecare for over 10 years and always have had a great experience. Even when kids break their glasses and need repairs or replacements we are treated with professionalism and care. The Doctor was so caring when our very young son was scared and unsure of using the glasses he needed. Honestly of our all our health physicians, we are most loyal here due to all those positive experiences. Thank you!

Dr. Chacha has been amazing to our whole family, going well beyond the standard visit. She and her staff have always asked about the family and answered every question we have asked. When my wife had an issue right before our wedding, Dr. Chacha helped line everything up to make sure it was taken care of by people she recommended. Glasses, contacts, eye issues, or simple frame adjustments, Family Eyecare Center takes care of everything and makes it all so pleasant and simple!

I really love everything about this Eyecare Center. My son and I have been coming here for the past 2 years and everyone is so friendly and welcoming at this office. Dr. Chacha is very knowledgeable, professional & personable. This truly is the most pleasant experience I personally have ever had at any eyecare office and I have been wearing glasses/contacts for the past almost 20 years.
