I want to extend my special thanks to Andre at MyEyeDr in Southampton, PA, for his outstanding customer service. Andre readjusted three pairs of my glasses on two separate occasions, and each time he was patient, friendly, and extremely accommodating. He never made me feel like a bother, even though I had to come back more than once. I felt a little uncomfortable returning twice, but he didn't bat an eye--he was happy to help and made sure my glasses fit perfectly. It's refreshing when someone is genuinely pleasant and eager to help, and Andre is exactly that kind of person. Thank you, Andre, for your kindness and professionalism. What a great place. Dr. George was very thorough with my eye exam. She explained everything in terms that I understood and answered all of my questions. She took her time with me and didn't rush. She really cares about you and your eyes. I highly recommend her. The front office was also very helpful and really nice. I recommend this myeyeDr location.

Stopped it to see if they could adjust frames that were not sitting evenly. I did not buy the glasses there but they were happy to help me and a very nice year lady took my glasses to the back room adjusted them and did not charge me a penny. Highly recommend

I came in there for a simple nose piece fix and experience was far better than I ever expected. The customer service was A+ and my problem was solved immediately. Highly recommended!
