America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

About to file a complaint with my insurance company. I've had nothing but issues with the glasses since I've picked them up-3 weeks ago. From them slipping, to the lenses popping out and now the nose pad broke off just by placing it on my face. These are cheap, poorly made and I cant believe someone sent them out to a customer like this. *update. I got a replacement pair from them after calling when my email went ignored. I emailed off of the website and was told by the manager several times that they would have reached out but my Google name didn't match my name in the system. I also didn't receive a call or text when the glasses arrived...I had to call in. Go to an independently owned business instead.

I had a very disappointing experience at America's Best. When I checked in, I was told by Nirah at the front desk that my eye exam would be free. I completed all of the exams under that understanding. Only after everything was finished was I informed that the total would be $290. I explained to the woman helping me, Nadia, that I was told at check-in that the exam was free. She stated that Nirah had "skimmed" my paperwork and said she would speak to the manager. After speaking with the manager, I was told I did not have to pay the $290. At that point, I requested my prescription so I could purchase my glasses and contacts elsewhere. I was then denied my prescription unless I paid the $290 that I had just been told I did not owe. This situation was extremely frustrating and felt very unprofessional. I was given conflicting information, and instead of resolving the mistake internally, I was put in the middle of it. Patients should not be told one thing at check-in and something completely different after services are completed. I expected much better communication and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose trust in this location and company.

Everyone in the store was nice and empathetic but I still do not have glasses that I can use after multiple visits and sending out my prescription twice we still have issues and the problem has not been resolved. Do not recommend. Total waste of time and money.

First time at americas best. I came in for contacts for the first time. The staff were amazing in helping me today. I wanted them for my approaching wedding last minute and they got me in and out with a perfect trial pair that last a month. Amazing experience and so elated that they were able to help me on such short notice.

Literally the worst customer service in the history of customer service. Just wanted to pay my copay for myself and 2 kids. But they want you to wait until they are done talking and gossiping to each other about other people before they can work. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE WORKING WITH EACH OTHER ALL DAY. I stopped going here 2 years ago bc the service was horrible but I wanted to see if it got better. It still sucks. These 2 women were absolutely horrible in their attitude and customer interactions. Don't go here go somewhere else. You already have to spend hundreds on glasses don't give them your time too.

My original pair of glasses i purchased on October 8, 2025 did not fit properly when I pick them up. I spoke with A very well trained professional, Fran and she wasted no time in picking out a perfect set of frames to swap out. She was very friendly and show willingness to satisfy my needs. I just want to say thank you for great customer service Fran

A special thank you to Fran and Sierra that went out of there way to help us. Earlier this week my daughter broke her glasses and Due to the holiday weekend and office vacations, her new glasses won't be in for another week. Originally not a big deal, what's another week, but to a young adult walking around with her glasses taped together, because super glue couldn't even fix the problem. She and I spent part of our Sunday driving around from one eye glass place to another in search of frames that might fit the lenses she already has, knowing this would be a long shot, cause all we need is frames. When we got to American best, explained our situation and the staff was beyond helpful. The 2 ladies who helped us were amazing going through easily 50 to 100 frames, finding a frame that fit her lenses. Beyond blessed and thankful for your help

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at America's Best Eye Care Office on 1140 Baltimore Pike in Springfield, PA 19064. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was bothering them just for asking simple questions. No one should have to deal with that kind of treatment. I strongly recommend that others never go to this location. If I could give this place a -0 rating, I definitely would. Terrible experience overall.
