Scheduling was very easy. The preregistration process was excellent, was able to do all the paper work prior to my office visit. The staff was very professional yet friendly. The office and equipment was all very modern. I highly recommend if you need corrective eye work to come and meet the staff at Kremer Eye Center

I have been to Kremer Eye Center on a couple of occasions. Each time I had Megan as my tech and she was such a pleasure to work with. Being in a Drs office already has a level of anxiety and Megan makes you feel a lot less anxious. The Drs themselves were so thorough in their evaluation and follow up. And I could tell that they are very knowledgeable in their field of expertise. Thank you all for the care that you provide!

I was in this office twice for a LASIK consultation and an evaluation. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and the techs always made sure to explain what the different machines were measuring. The docs did a great job explaining the entire procedure. Ultimately I was disappointed. I ended up not being a candidate for LASIK surgery due to an eye issue I've had since childhood. My issue is I included this information on my paperwork and I specially asked if it would be problematic. I was told everything would be fine and a date was chosen for my procedure. I come back a week later for a final evaluation and this is when their concern was expressed. By this point I had already taken time off from work and had a driver set for the procedure. We then had to rush to find an available specialist appointment-more time away from work, the frustration of having to drive into the city- who ultimately said it wasn't recommended. I just feel they could have been more thorough asking about my history- an issue that is listed as a complication in paperwork you provided-and the procedure shouldn't have been scheduled until we were certain we could move forward. Back to contact lenses I go.
