I had a great experience, even with the Dr being virtual. The tech performed the different tests and the Dr went over the results. I was happily surprised when my glasses were ready a week ahead of the estimated date of completion.

What a wonderful set of ladies! Even the virtual optometrist was super super nice. This is one of the few Walmarts inside of Schuylkill that still has an optometrist available. They're very kind and you can tell they care about the patients. Will definitely recommend them.

I really can't say I'm thrilled with how Walmart handles their eye care services. When I needed to discuss my prescriptions, I had to make a phone call, and the video quality was so poor and glitchy. Ordering glasses turned into a real hassle, so I decided to go for contacts instead. However, they had trouble locating my insurance password and ended up sending me off, promising to place the order but never following through. Here I am, almost three weeks post-exam, still waiting on my contacts!

I am from out of the area but wanted to get my glasses from Lydia at Walmart. She does the best job explaining the process and has helped several of my friends get the coolest glasses. That fir great and look terrific.
She checked into my insurance for me and found that she wasn't a participating store and helped direct me to someone in my local area. That to me is exceptional customer service!

The worst customer service. I walked in and I'm standing there and the lady sees that I'm there. Stood there for 5 min, she was helping someone else but didn't have the courtesy to greet me or say I'll be right with you or anything. Then I asked is there anyone else that can help and she replied with an attitude "no we don't have anyone else" Even while attending she was rude and never apologized for her actions.This is the way you take care of your customers with unprofessional employees!?. Not only that she didn't even help the way she had too. With the warranty I had with my glasses. You should NOT have people like that working.

This is on Walmart vision not the employees the employees have been very helpful. I got glasses in May the beginning of July the coating started coming off ..because I did not purchase the warranty they refused to fix it make it right or do anything about it so I was forced to order a new set of lenses those lenses got lost in transition so they reordered a second pair now I'm told that that pair didn't pass inspection so now I have to wait for a third one like what in the world in the meantime I'm forced to wear old glasses that give me a headache every day this has been going on for just shy of a month now I think enough is enough... Wherever Walmart gets their lenses from really needs to step it up and make this right at this point they should be paying me... At the very least my lenses should be free for all the frustration!

Been getting my glasses there for 15 years and never had a problem. I had my last appointment 6 weeks ago. 1st they ordered my glasses under somebody else's name. Then they ordered the line bifocals. I wanted unlined. Got the unlined. Wrong bifocal script. Now still waiting for glasses. They will not answer the phone there. They suck and I will be making another trip down today for my money back. I will get a new script from Dr. Foley. I have his new number
