First eye exam in over 16 years.....from the time you walk in till the time you leave, you feel very welcomed. The staff is amazing!!!! Very thorough exam done and everything was explained very well. I was a new patient and they made me feel like I was one of their regulars.

These policies aren't just rules--they're there to protect us, and Monica makes sure we understand that. She is calm, level-headed, and incredibly knowledgeable. Doctors and nurses are great. The problem is a power-mad administrator named Monica. She pretends to follow the rules strictly. But she should not be dealing with any patients or customers with that kind of rude attitude. Her behavior makes me question the judgment and aptitude of all other members. I will be checking whether there is any pending legal action against her or the hospital. Abusive efficiency cannot be tolerated in healthcare. I will be looking into the criminal aspect of your staffs' behavior akin to unlawful restraint and threatening a surgery patient just before the surgery, and let the court decide what actually happened and the legality of your policy and mode of its abusive implementation. I feel obligated to pursue this to protect your other patients.
