They do not follow Medicaid guidelines for children and still find a way to charge a copay and a bunch of other services that are supposed to be covered by insurance. Do not pay cash because they won't give you a receipt. Lack of communication between employees is an issue. Took me 3 appointments to get a prescription, but they made me pay in advance. ?? I gave them a try a few years ago and didn't like them. Gave them another chance, and they're actually worse now.

Definitely a money grab. Will not be returning. I have insurance that covers a full exam. I called them. Yet you still managed to charge me $50 for things you made up to get extra money. The doctor was nice but seemed like he didn't care and just wanted to get rid of me. I felt life he just wanted the insurance money and didn't care. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money. Will not be returning.

The worst experience ever with this place. Be careful because they are not straight forward with you from the beginning. They are more worried about getting you in and out fast because they seem to be bother if the appointment takes a little longer. They are not willing to give you the option of choosing. It's whats better convenient for them.
