I have been getting my eyes examined and eye glasses there for many years. The eye doctor is fantastic. His staff Lou and Michelle and her daughter are the most friendly and dynamic individuals I have ever met. Both employees there today were like the coolest people ever??!! They made my day, my weekend! Great story tellers, very personable, informative, and so flipping helpful. Came in to ask they fit the ear frames of glasses I bought online. No expectations I'd even get a yes. They assisted without hesitation and at no charge. I tipped them as major thank you. I will begin going here for my eye appointments from now on after this totally fulfilling wonderful experience. Just so thankful. Definitely come here for eye appts. Great selection of frames too including magnetic ones that come with magnetic shades.

Highest recommendations for Pearl Vision on York Rd, Warminster. The team there-- especially Lou, is friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. The prices and selections are very good.

Very pushy with trying to get me to buy frames from them, which I get is how they make money, but still very annoying. Doctor was very nice though and did a good job.

I had my lens pop out of my glasses and I lost the screw. Having to drive 50 miles to Allentown tomorrow morning I was in a bit of a panic. I had never even been to this location before. Saw they were open till 8 and drove over with my old not near as good glasses on. They were friendly, understanding and quick to take my glasses find a suitable replacement screw and get them back together for no charge!! So nice to know you can count on friendly and exceptional service like that. Making an appointment for an exam and a new pair of glasses.

Pearle Vision ( Warminster) is the nicest place to do business. I called on a Friday morning to check on the status of sunglasses for my daughter, who was leaving for vacation on Saturday. The lenses had been delivered late to the store, but Michelle went out of her way to get the sunglasses ready by early afternoon! This is not an unusual circumstance with Lou and Michelle. They always go out of their way to be accommodating to their clients. It is such a pleasure to go in there, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. You cannot find a better customer-focused business!

This was actually not my first time coming to this location. From the very first time I went The eye doctor next door was able to and get my prescription perfect one eye that's a little bit different from the other. Every time I see him he has a great personality keeps me laughing. I walked in with a beat up pair of glasses that I had purchased previously years and years and years ago at Pearl and while I was waiting for my new prescription glasses to come in Lou added the nose guards and tightened up my old glasses so they weren't falling off my face. I picked up my new glasses and they were perfect but I could only afford to take out one pair out of the two that I got because I needed my tax return money. I finally got it finally got it a year and a half later. Within that time period My new glasses have been accidentally slammed in a in the trunk, dropped a gazillion times, and they fell out of my pocket and I noticed them under the lawn mower and it had a huge scratch on it. Now that I got my taxes I finally had a minute to drive up and see if they could fix the pair that I had. So I entered the building I was greeted by the wonderful staff and I told them that I would take those glasses that have been on hold for like a year and some change if they still had them and they did but I also asked if there was anything that they could do for my other glasses And they said yeah while Adriana was getting my new glasses, explaining how my new lenses work, and taking my payment Lou was straightening up my glasses. Not only did he fix them but he fixed my lens too. I feel brand new lol I can see I can see I can see. Thank you guys so much!!! I will definitely be back and suggest that more people go to this Pearle Vision store. Bravo wonderful. I am so thankful! You guys rock!!!
