Dr Wood is one of the most knowledgeable professionals that have experienced with eye problems that most people have never experienced before.Dr woods is down to earth and truly wants to help you with your vision problems.Dr woods try to find out ways to explain to you in ways you understand. Some doctors would not take the time to do this.In my experience with my new doctor woods is that I would like to have Dr woods to be my eye doctor for the rest of my life. Doctor's like this get filled up quickly so. In my opinion this young and eager to help you out with any vision problems you may have in the future is really awesome . Rude receptionist, I had to say hello and get her attention even though she looked at me twice. I was late because of construction that I didn't know about. I apologized and not word in response. Waited for the doctor for 15 minutes. While three frontline girls proceeded to talk about what someone was selling and what they were going to buy. The doctor was even rudder than his front staff. Short with me and I was a horrible bother to him. Finally at the end of the visit the girl taking care of billing had no clue what she was doing. Took money up front for a eye exam, yet months earlier I didn't pay anything for an Emergancy eye appointment for a poke to my eye. Mind you she said I didn't have eye insurance coverage this time. If you ask me they (all) should have training in customer service and maybe training on billing too. Very unhappy with my visit all the way around.
