Please use extreme caution in considering this place for eye care services. I am told by new staff that 30 some people were prescribed "wrong" lenses in this year, that they "fired" the staff and are trying to correct everything. I was prescribed new lenses in February. It took over 5 weeks to get them. I complained about them but also suffered with headaches from another health issue. Months later I learned after being told I needed yet another eye exam from this business, that they made an error. The lenses were then examined by the new staff a week later, and told me "they couldn't even read them" as my eyes were measured wrong and therefore the lenses were made wrong. They wanted to charge me for yet another eye exam, and new lenses. 30 some people, I was told by Mary, a new employee, receiving negligent care, is horrifying. The business should be under investigation and held accountable. Blaming the staff that was "fired" does nothing to correct the damage to someone's eyes that this business has done. Extremely unprofessional.
