Hands down the best experience I've had and shockingly, the best pair of glasses I've ever gotten. Every member of the staff was attentive to my needs and was kind and friendly, I felt welcome and comfortable. My questions were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. The eye exam went by expeditiously. I expected I would do my normal, get a basic pair of glasses my insurance would cover, then take the prescription and buy a top end pair on line on the cheap from my favorite website. I haven't been here before, so I decided to instead get the best they offered, and I was overwhelmed with how amazing these glasses are. Absolute favorite pair I've ever had, and I've been getting glasses since 5th grade, and I've bought the most expensive options from every website at one time or another. I'm not exaggerating or being obtuse when I say I can see better than I ever have before, the transition works better than any pair I ever had, the anti glare outperforms my other glasses, and I look far more handsome now, in mine and my wife's opinion (the only real opinion that matters). My only problem is, I don't have a backup pair like I normal do and I don't wanna get something less quality online after these.

Continuing previous review, called the insurance company to see if they had paid the claim. They had. Then they called there, and miraculously the glasses came in the nail within 2 days or so. No follow-up when they re-opened to see if they needed adjusted or if I was satisfied with my glasses. So about 3 months later, my husband put my glasses on by mistake and was shocked at how well he could see with them on. So, basically he has a $400 pair of sunglasses! Yikes....

Have a exam on 3/4/20 ordered glasses and paid for them at that time. After 2 weeks I called to check on them said they were not in; funny 10 minutes later they called and said they just came in so I went down to pick them up and I had a nice pair of red and purple glasses waiting for me so they said they would reorder them now it's 4/20/20 and still no glasses.

Absolutely love this place, both drs are very kind. They caught an eye issue other places missed for my daughter. Very thankful for them. Highly recommend.

Woman answering the phone was very rude. Went inside to pick up my eye care items and the larger older woman behind the counter was continuously rude. Did not seem happy to answer a simple question regarding my care even though it's their job. The woman behind the counter whom was younger was very kind when giving me my items though. I will be moving to a new eye doctor with respectful workers. I don't pay you to be mean.
