After seeing two providers within this practice my experiences have resulted in no trust whatsoever. Always rushed and only seem to want to act on anything once catastrophic issues occur despite your efforts as a patient to be proactive. I requested a copy of all my records once I wanted to go elsewhere only to find inaccurate depictions of conversations and treatment recommendations that did not occur at past appointment, for which I had witnesses in the room at my appointment who can corroborate these recommendations were not made and I did not refuse treatments they say I did. Office notes depict me as "rude" and "having a fit" when for example I waited a month for a response from their office and on another occasion when I was rushed out of a painful procedure with no aftercare instructions and had concerns days later. If you want to be called a "rude" patient because of your response to their lack of professionalism and care then this practice is for you. Would not trust them with my care again but if you do, I recommend you ask for a printed copy of the notes from each appointment before you leave so you are aware of what they are stating they discussed with you afterwards.

My visit began with a very pleasant technician, Carol, who reviewed my history on file, completed a couple routine eye tests, and administered the appropriate eye drops to prepare my eyes for the doctor's examination. Dr Kent provided a thorough exam as always, answered all my questions, and summarized numerous aspects of my eye health at the end of my visit. I was very pleased with my visit.

Dr. Medsinge was great talked to me and answered questions and explained everything....Carol was great saw her first explaining everything what and why she was doing it....I have never had anyone like her! Carol I want to Thank you for everything! Will for sure let you know how my surgery goes...Well done appointment from both of them....

I had a great experience during my appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Kondapalli was very thorough with the examination. He was able to diagnose my visual disturbance and start treating my eye. I am very pleased with Dr Kondapalli and his staff.

Dr Rosenberg gives me confidence in his assessment of my vision issues. He is efficient yet thorough in my opinion. He's been my retinologist for 11 years and I am grateful

Love this place. Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable & efficient. You are in & out in no time. Dr, Abbasi is wonderful. Kind, thorough, easy to talk to & takes time to answer all your questions. Goes above & beyond to made sure you get the right care. Highly recommend them.

Dr Huffman is the best. It might take a little wait to get an appointment but its definitely worth it. He truly cares that you get the best fit. Dealing with the Eyetique service to get sample contacts was the worst experience of my life. Carol was off on the day I called and they had to figure out how to schedule and call me back. This was after calling multiple times and ince they even hung up on me. Then I had to puck up another sample of contacts. When they called to tell me the samples were in. I said, great, I will be down early next week. They never said that they close at 330, not 430. So as I went down, they were close and nobody could help find assembly pair of contacts. So I drove 2 hours for no reason, and then I ask person to hold the contacts because at some point I'll make another trip back down to get the samples. The woman at the counter asked my phone number and I gave it to her. The next day person from eyetique called me and said, hi, I heard you wanted me to call you. I never asked anybody to call me, but I explained what happened. She goes, hold on, and then she comes back and says, I can send the contacts, and I say, okay, great, thank you. And then she hangs up on me. I have seriously not dealt with any ruder people ever. The contacts actually do not fit me. I wasted my money because my appointment was not covered by insurance. And I still had to go to another doctor to get fitted for contacts, because I just could not handle the idea of dealing with this whole three ring circus of getting sample contacts.

Although the care I receive here is good, the wait times are terrible and have been for years. There have been multiple instances where I waited for 1-1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time to be seen by the doctor. Although the staff apologizes, it is a frequent occurrence and very frustrating; the business doesn't seem concerned enough about it to change the amount of people booked each day.
