I have been going to Keiser family Eye Care for perhaps 15 years. They have been unfailingly helpful bearing with my losing of glasses and being late especially when the kids were small. But, they were also willing to be open at odd times when someone had a piece of metal in their eye, to help us with extra advice over the phone about whether to go to the hospital or not and if an illness affected vision or not , Dr Keiser explains with great clarity and patience what is wrong and what to do about it, so I can get on with my life. She is caring and diligent about check-ups getting me there , when I need to be. She discovered I had an eye disease quite early and has been helping to hold it from deteriorating. She helped me pace myself and orient my computer so I could study and write more effectively. Mr Keiser put my glasses back together more than once, even once when they were run over by a car(!) and has been encouraging always. I am very glad to have them as doctor, optometrist, receptionist and as friends.
