Siepser Eyecare

I had my cataract diagnosis and surgery done at Siepser eyecare. Dr. Siepser is brilliant and tremendously solicitous of his patient's welfare. The staff is friendly and efficient; the technicians are skilled, informative and amiable. From the receptionist up to Dr. Siepser himself, the office took every step to make sure I was prepared for the surgery and satisfied with the results. They relieved every concern, were zealous to answer my every question, were always looking to help in any way possible. and were completely honest and transparent about the billing. I am never been more satisfied with any medical team in my life. Siepser Eyecare is simply an enterprise of the highest caliber.

I recently visited Siepser Eyecare after moving from out of state, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, every member of the staff was warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. Jocelyn, the optician, was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to give me a thorough exam and ask questions about my eye history and any current issues. Dr. Pendrak was equally impressive, efficient, and thorough in explaining everything during my exam. The entire team made me feel welcome and cared for, and I'm so glad to have found a place that prioritizes my eye health and wellness Highly recommend!

I had my lasik surgery performed nearly 20 years ago by Dr. Siepser, and I am still seeing with 20/20 vision. He even pioneered a technique to keep me from having to use reading glasses, and so far that technique continues to work as intended. I would highly recommend having your lasik surgery performed by Dr. Siepser!

Until recently, I have always had a good experience at Siepser during the many years I have been going there. The doctors and reception staff have been first rate. My problem is with a particular person in billing who kept avoiding my calls ( "she's busy") and not returning my messages. She also lied to me by saying she had resubmitted my claim to the insurance company. This was never done. I have confirmed that fact with the insurance company on 2 occasions. This is more trouble than it's worth. As a result, I am leaving Siepser.

The staff was very friendly and fast with setting up my consult and appointment for LASIK surgery (within a week). I'm currently 2 weeks post op and feeling amazing. Painless and quick. I went from seeing 20/200 in both eyes to just the very next day seeing 20/15. It was definitely worth every penny and would highly recommend anyone to get this done.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Siepser and his staff. After experiencing complications with my original LASIK procedure (performed elsewhere), Dr. Siepser took over my case with care, urgency, and confidence. He was able to correct a flap issue the very next day, and from that moment on, I've felt like I was in the absolute best hands. What stood out most was how respectful, calm, and attentive he was during every single visit. He took the time to explain everything, answered every question thoroughly, and never once made me feel rushed. I could tell he genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for me -- and that kind of bedside manner is rare. His office staff were also amazing -- extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. From check-in to the exam room, everyone made me feel comfortable and supported. If you're thinking about LASIK/PRK etc., Dr. Siepser is the one to see. I'm so thankful I found him.

A+++ At this writing my surgery was three days ago and it corrected my near vision (reading/computer distance). I went to work the following day without any problem, although I did have a driver as distance was a bit blurry, but two days post-op it cleared up and I was driving myself. The level of care, concern and compassion of Dr. Siepser and his staff is outstanding as well as his surgical team at Vision One. As a "high anxiety" patient prior to surgery, everyone made me feel relaxed and confident. It is worth every penny; I would do it again in a heartbeat.

After having thick glasses since third grade and wearing contacts for 34 years, I opted for Dr Siepser and team to replace my lenses with the new lenses in both eyes and correct my astigmatism. It is an absolute miracle. The staff is wonderful! Also great for just annual eye care. I've been a patient for 4 years
