Dr. Tingan is a great eye doctor. I've seen him both for routine eye exams and whenever I started developing unusual floaters and flashes. He is super thorough and ultimately explained that I was getting migraines (with aura).
Unfortunately, one member of his staff is particularly grumpy and got upset whenever she fitted me with the wrong contact even after I explained that I needed daily single-use contacts. I've always felt confident in the care that I received directly from Dr. Tingan, but his staff was rough around the edges.
