Discrimination by the secretaries (which is a new one every time), cancelled appointments without a phone call. Would never in my life recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely unprofessional.

I recently went there for an exam to see if i needed new glasses, turned out i did...so long story short i have been there 4 times and they cant seem to get my prescription right, they keep telling me that my eyes need to get used to my new glasses, strange part is i can see much clearer with my old script, ive tried to wear my new glasses alot but still things are blurry. So my last conversation with them they told me that they cannot do anything more for me, i have insurance wich paid most the cost me being on SSI, but i did put in 140.00 dollars of my own..New glasses and cant wear them...there answer we can no longer help you, so ive lost 140.00 dollars plus gas running back and forth...they also told me within the next 2 years i would need cataract surgery...well if they cant get a prescription for glasses right i will never let them touch my eyes for surgery of any kind...people beware is all im saying and i would never go there again.
