Dr. Hornberger is great which is why I wish I could be happier. However my experience with one of her front staff on the phone and in person has been horrible. Had an issue with a trial contact being misshaped and was told that is not possible and that I have to wear them to come in. Well now my eye is red, watering and partially swollen from wearing that damaged contact lens. I understand it is a process but the person on the phone should have maybe listened and gave me proper instruction then argue saying something is impossible when it isn't. For me to get my contacts finalized I would have had to go to their office a total of seven times, and I just couldn't deal with that front staff member and her lack of customer service and knowledge on what to do....
