Had eye exam, attendant has issues with one of the machines, eye exam from Dr. Nothing worth mentioning. Ordered premium progressive lens, 2 weeks later they arrive .except for a spot directly in front of my eyes everything was blurry . Attendant said you have to get used to them , ( these are not bi focals , no getting used to) she insisted that I take them and try them, just to appease her I did and same results.! Imagine that!! So rescheduled another exam which was canceled and rescheduled by them. Upon 2nd visit Dr. claimed lens were made incorrectly. They reordered "correct premium progressive lens" 2 weeks or so later I call to see if they are in, they replied yes. Went to pick up and try out, pretty same thing. Attendant said for about $75 more I could get even better lens lol what a joke!!!!! I would not recommend them unless you want to waste your money

Was going to another eye doctors until I was recommended Ives. Instead of waiting two months for an appointment Ives scheduled me an appointment a week from when I called. All of the receptionist were very kind which means a lot to me. Mr Ives was very patient and thorough when I asked him questions or didn't understand something. The staff were incredibly friendly and Dr. Ives was very professional and answered all of my questions. The frames selection was a bit small and on the pricey side, but this is a smaller practice so it makes sense they wouldn't have a million options like the bigger chains. The staff explained my benefits to me very well and made sure that I was happy with the decisions we made for my frames and lenses. Overall, I'd highly recommend this practice to anyone!
