Receiving multi-focal lens implants to repair bi-lateral cataracts was one of the most amazing experiences of my life! Dr. Chesen was beyond awesome! I had worn corrective lenses from age 12 to age 62. Living with perfect vision, and no corrective lenses was a life altering experience for me! I would very highly recommend Dr. Neil Chesen to anyone looking for high quality eye care!

I had Cataract surgery performed in January 2020 and February by Dr. Chesen. Surgery was performed at the Reading Surgery Center on broadcasting road. His staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable waiting room with no obnoxious TV playing. His office is located in West Reading on busy Penn Avenue. As with any physician ask questions about the procedure and all that's involved. I would recommend Dr. Chesen to anyone needing cataract surgery.

Dr Chesen and his staff are outstanding. Always greeted by a happy smile and everyone is extremely helpful. Dr Chesen truly cares about helping people improve their lives. After my laser eye surgery, I kept asking myself why the heck I waited so long. It was quick and painless. It's a small price to pay to see the world through your own eyes and not glasses. If you want the best staff and doctor, look no further. These folks are the best of the best.

After wearing glasses for 22 years it was about time to get rid of them. I had the best experience with dr chesen from the start to finish. He took the time out to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I am seeing better then I have ever seen I. My life. I would recommend dr chesen to everyone and anyone looking to get the surgery. No regrets on my side.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IN MY OPION. They would only see my wife if it was an emergency or else he wouldnt take medicade. REAL NICE. Our understanding he would look and if it was a torn rental he would send her somewhere else. NICE. Get a few dollars n send her away. Just my opinion. Receptionists are nice. The dr has no compashion. People that go there are scared if they have an eye problem. We thought my wife had a torn rental. My wife said he was pretty much impersonal not comforting and said it should go away. Animals are treated nicer. I guess some in my opion only care about money. We will look for a second opion. But boy if you had money to spend on very expensive glasses you were treated great from what i saw. Dr. If you read this which i doubt....compassion and caring for others is sometimes more important than money and sory you might be really nice but we didnt have that kind of experience. More to life than making a dollar. I wish you well but please work on your people skills and not the money and the money will come. Even if they thought that it was a serious problem witch the lady did why wouldnt you tell them to go right to a dr that can help if you cant fix it and it wasnt about being able to get some extra money. Not to mention you wouldnt see her for non emergencies. That shouldnt even be allowed. Either you take her insurance or you dont. We are people also. Thank you my wife is still in discomfort still not seeing right but thats ok sir.

Easily the best decision I made. No more contacts or glasses to worry about and my vision is 20/15 after the surgery. The whole process was quick and the staff was very nice.

I had lasik surgery 18 years ago by Dr. Chesen, & I still have 20/20 vision.
