Dr. Dave was very kind and took the time to help me understand my vision better. My first experience with Eyetique in Wexford. I was greeted the moment I walked in by Jake. He was the lead optician that waited on me. He is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. What a great experience. I was there to get new bifocal glasses. A wide variety of styles and colors in frames. I chose progressive lenses and I'm so glad I did. I am getting so many compliments on my new frames as well. Highly recommend EYETIQUE!

Booking my eye appointment was easy and a pleasure thanks to Nigel. We chuckled and laughed and had a great time booking my appointment. Nigel is a gem! He made it fun, personal and enjoyable to book an appointment. That's rare. Give this man something because he is an asset to your company. Nigel thank you so much for making everything fun!

I have been a customer at Eyetique for many, many, years. Why? Because the employees know how to meet my needs. All my glasses are "custom made." I am obsessed about the unique look of my glasses. The employees listen to me, and they do their best to make me "happy." All the employees are awesome. Recently, major work had to be done to repair my glasses. "Cheri" took care of me. Being very professional and knowledgeable, she knew exactly what needed to be done. Her demeanor and compassion is "at the top of the mountain." Being so obsessed with my glasses, she knows it. Therefore, I leave the store very content and happy! I am very sad to know that Cheri passed away. She was special. Absolutely, I will miss her.

Jake Sample was my associate that helped me. He did an incredible job making sure i was satisfied and happy with my glasses. I purchased a second pair because it was. A great deal and also because he was honest and humble while being consultative.

Great place, it is very easy to book an apt online, and is in a convenient location. Dustin was very nice and explained everything to expect during the visit. Dr. Snyder was great and the exam was thorough. It was nice that all of the exam equipment was in one room, as opposed to other places were you have to go from room to room to have the different tests. Cheri was very friendly and helped me decide on a pair of glasses. There is also a really nice selection of glasses to chose from. I'm glad I chose to try this office out, as I wanted to change eye doctors.

My family and l have been Eyetique customers for decades and, until recently, have always been happy with the products and customer service. Earlier this month I stopped in as the anti glare coating on my lenses has begun to delaminate. This has caused the glasses to become "cloudy" and essentially unusable. It's obvious that the product is defective as there are no scratches or signs of abuse on either the frames or lenses. When inquiring as if others have had similar experiences or if there were any remedies moving forward I was met with general indifference. I could of course opt for the new coating for my new prescription but aside from that or was more or less too bad for me. Pretty disappointing treatment of a long term customer. It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review but standing behind your product is the most important aspect of a business and in this area Eyetique has really fallen short of my expectations.
