They are incredible! Everyone is super kind. My optometrist - Dr. Kayla Hawkins was thorough, sweet, and very supportive. But everyone up front is just as amazing. I've only been there for one appointment, but when I went to pick up my glasses, they remembered personal and thoughtful things! I'm really impressed with their customer service and will be going to them for a long time.

Wonderful experience! The office is clean, organized, and very efficient. The exam was detailed and the whole staff was very welcoming. The receptionist greeted us kindly and the doctor and took time to explain everything during the exam. Everything was explained clearly, and our family never felt rushed. Rebecca was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and patient while helping us pick out the perfect eyeglasses. She made the whole experience fun and stress-free. Overall, such a positive visit, can't recommend this place enough!

best eye doctor experience ever! Rebecca, Dr. Hawkins and the receptionists are amazing they are super kind, patient, and personable! making an appointment was soo easy, the office is so clean and nice and the appointment was only 1 hour long but i never felt rush, it was that easy! 10/10 recommend

Had a great experience today with exam and buying a new pair of glasses. Front desk girl was friendly and forms/paperwork went smooth. The assistant that did the preliminary eye test was great and put up with me blowing my nose a bunch of times and was funny and great to banter with. I had Dr. Barry Toyzer today and he was amazing and the star of the show.I have to shout him out.He promptly took me back and was thorough and easy to talk to and was a straight shooter.Kudos to him! Last but not least was the salesperson that helped me pick out a new frame and priced out my new pair of glasses.Sorry I don't remember you name but I was happy you matched my sarcastic banter and made the process easy.Congrats on your upcoming event and I loved your "bulk foods" reply to my comment/objection.

Rebecca was fantastic!!! She was so knowledgeable and helpful with getting me new glasses. She also was the top I've ever experienced with getting my glasses clean! Dr Toyzer was also so cool and easy to talk to. He made me laugh a lot and feel comfortable! I can't recommend this place enough!!!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Hawkins and Nicki during my recent visit! Dr. Hawkins was thorough and made me feel really comfortable throughout the eye exam. Nicki was amazing when it came to picking out new glasses, there were so many great options, and she helped me find the perfect pair that I absolutely love! I've already gotten so many compliments. I'll definitely be back for my annual exam next year. Highly recommend this team!
