Doc. has such a warm heart. She's is confident with what she does on how well she treats her patients. My child enjoys his yearly eye exams visits.

I've also rode past this office until I needed an appointment from my son. I've decided to try it and when I've tell everybody Dr. Elcock and her staff is all that.

Dr. Elcock is the best. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for eye care.

I absolutely love Dr. Elcock, her staff are also very professional. I even brought my 84 year old father to her and he doesn't like any kind of doctor, but he loved her.

I have been coming to Dr. Elcock for over 20 years now. She is family oriented, thorough with her examinations, and most of all, super caring. As well as being my eye physician she has seen me through my greatest milestones and has always encouraged me to be my best. If you are looking for a physician that does an excellent job and ACTUALLY cares, this is the place for you.

I had 3 appointments scheduled for my children, 4pm, 4:30pm and 5:00pm. We arrived at 3:55pm. I waited approximately 5-10 minutes before someone greeted me and checked us in. After finishing the new patient paperwork, I was asked to pay their copays, no problem. We sat and waited for an hour and still were not seen. When asked how much longer it would be, I was told HOPEFULLY 20 more minutes. By this point, all 3 of my children had fallen asleep. We waited about another 10 minutes before I asked for my copays back and left. This felt very disrespectful of my time and there was no care to me or my children. Why even allow appointments that close together if you cannot see them at their scheduled (or close to scheduled) times?! I am very disappointed and disgusted!

I met Dr. Donna Elcock over 25 years ago when she was working at Pearle Vision in Springfield and followed her to her own practice. Now I live in Pittsburgh and I STILL make the trip to Philadelphia for my eye exams - that is how much confidence I have in her. She has the experience, the latest technology - but lots of eye doctors have that. What makes Donna so special is she cares about her patients and bends over backwards to help you, and is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I can't recommend her more highly.
