Staff was friendly and helpful. First pair of glasses I got I could not see. had to come back for a second time to have another eye exam. had to pay the difference in lenses because the exam showed that the first exam was not done correctly. received the second pair of glasses. I still cannot see and explained that before I left lens crafters, but was told to give them a try for a week and if they're not correct to come back. Worst eye exam that I have ever had and I have been wearing glasses for over 25 years. I will be now going back for the third time to have lenses corrected.
