Staff was not coopertive at all they were complaining that my parents were taking alot of time and i believe thats the part of their job to be patient and wait for the coustomers to make their decision . They charged extra which my parents didn't even know about .I was politely asking them to change the order after probably 10 min without subtracting any thing the order was still gonna be the exact same cost ,when i asked them ...they said after payment the order can not be changed ...i mean what kind of policy is this ,what if somebody makes a mistake i even asked for their manager but they didn't let me talk to him as well . i was really disappointed with the service that was being provided to my parents .im looking forward for some action by the company .

I had a shocking experience at the Lenskart Khanna branch. I was sold a Gold Membership without my knowledge or clear consent, which is completely unacceptable and unethical. At no point was this properly explained, nor was I asked explicitly if I wanted to purchase it. I only realised later that extra money had been charged.
This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers, which destroys trust. Such practices are highly unprofessional and reflect very poorly on Lenskart as a brand. Customers should not have to double-check bills to ensure they haven't been tricked into unwanted add-ons.
I strongly advise others to check their invoices carefully before paying at this branch. Extremely disappointing behaviour and I will not be returning.
