The staff took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I found the perfect pair of glasses that fit my style and needs. The selection of glasses is fantastic, so many styles to choose from, and all at great quality. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and attentive the team was throughout the entire process. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. I'm absolutely loving my new glasses, and I can't thank the team enough for their kindness and professionalism. Super friendly (non-pushy) staff and easy to browse a lot of frames at once. Great alternative to the choosing 4 frames online option. I have gotten all of my glasses there since they opened!

WOW! We were wowed by the service expertise and efficiency. Your staff member (a male - sorry I didn't get his name) picked out an amazing frame, was technically knowledgeable, and processed everything in a timely fashion. My wife who was with me was so impressed she will switch over next chance and I will need a second pair in 6 months and will be back. Oh, and before going we called several other companies and your customer service help was clearly the most upfront and informative.
