Excellent..Decided to come here for a basic eye exam..They were very thorough ! Staff were all very nice and informative.I will stick with Cumberland Hill Eye Care !

My experience at Cumberland Hill Eye Care was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Dr. Sturgis was professional and thorough, taking the time to explain my exam results and answer all my questions. I appreciated hrr patience and the way she made sure I fully understood my options for eye care. The selection of glasses was fantastic, and the team helped me find frames that suited me perfectly. The whole process felt personalized and efficient. I'm so glad I chose Cumberland Hill Eye Care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great eye care. I'll definitely be coming back for my future appointments!

So good! The nicest people work here. Dr. Haworth is absolutely dedicated to every patient. My glasses are complicated and take a while to make. My only wishes for improvement would be a bike rack and that my complicated glasses could be made faster. If you're using the same frame, it can be really tricky. If buying a new frame it's easier. Tricky lenses like mine have to be set into frame at the lab. So re-using a frame means you need a second pair of glasses. Hmmmm.

Absolutely horrible service since Dr. Haworth left. No one returns your phone calls. When you are promised glasses in two weeks, you don't even get a phone call and have to call them back after a month. Then when the glasses come in, they're the wrong prescription. You call to come back in and they simply don't call back. Horrible.

Knowledgeable, respectful and kind doctors and staff! Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Strongly recommend.

I have known Dr.Hayworth for many years. He is a good family friend. One of the only places I will go to for glasses and contact lenses. Everybody there is extremely nice and very helpful!

I'm a patient of Dr. Haywood. I called the first week of September to schedule a routine eye exam. The date I was given was in February 2022. Although I would prefer Dr. Haywood, I contacted a different optometrist and got an appointment within a week.

Went here for the first time, had to make a last minute appointment and everyone was so kind, informative, and professional.
