Tineke Chan

They tell you the appointment is going to take up to 2 hours. What they dont tell you is one of those hours is waiting for the doctor. Their office has signs posted all over it and its a bit off putting of a place to wait. They mostly cater to children but don't have anything to keep children occupied while they wait. Dr Chan was personable and patiently explained my daughters condition. The staff was nice enough. However, At the end of my appointment the doctor failed to tell me to take a paper they left for me to the desk so that was confusing. They went and found the paper for me. Just an interesting set up. They did follow up with me the way they promised to book my daughters surgery. I hope this review helps someone.

Dr Chan has such a wonderful bedside manner. She is extremely knowledgeable with one child, and had such a fantastic way of handling my other daughter with special needs. Our family is grateful for her.

Dr. Chan is AMAZING. She diagnosed my son's condition immediately, where previous physicians simply stated that the condition was an allergy needing over the counter medication. I cannot say enough praises for this thorough doctor who communicated a complex diagnosis into simple explanations. She immediately prescribed a treatment in order to prevent my son's condition from getting worse. Dr. Chan is a gem to the medical profession.

Dr Chan is the best! She is always so patient with my daughter and makes each appointment fun for the kids so they don't feel like it's a doctor appointment.
