She will work with you to identify the perfect fit and make sure that you're paying best possible price. Recently, I came back to Shades to purchase a new pair of glasses as my old pair had been damaged. Instead of taking this opportunity to sell me a new pair of sunglasses, she immediately asked to see my old glasses, identified that the lenses could be replaced under warranty and promptly communicated with Oakley to get my new lenses ordered.
