The doctors are well seasoned in their craft as their expertise shine in their results. However they take on to many clients as their patients wait far beyond their timed appointment. Aside of needing a pillow while you wait all is great

The staff at the office on the Wampanog Trail is wonderful! They are very helpful, polite and professional. Dr. Lang is great! I've been under his care for a few years and he's been a blessing. He explains things well and conveys a very caring attitude towards his patients.

My annual appointment started on time, the physician assistant was very thorough during the pre-exam and answered all my questions about my vision, and Dr. Lang was his usual pleasant self during my exam, giving me some helpful advice on my long-term eye care. What's not to like?

Very nice staff in the office. No problem individually with any of them. Company leadership however, woof. It's very clear you're trying to cut costs. I can't call anymore without being routed to Providence, where I will always be at least caller #10 with a 1-2 hour or longer hold. Instead of talking to the office and schedulers that are actually there and know what they're doing. I send an email and hope/wait for a call back because who has 2 hours to sit on hold? When I got to my appointment, it appeared you're vastly overbooking without concern for patient care. I was 10min early for my appointment to do you the courtesy of ensuring I was on time. I didn't get called back until over 40min after my scheduled appointment time, and another 40 minute wait in the back between my intake and seeing the doctor for 5 whole minutes. 2 hours from arrival till leaving in all to be told to keep using some eye drops. It's clear the office was coming down off a severely overbooked day. Your patient's time is just as valuable, and your gross misuse of it while lowering patient care standards is disgusting. Update: get a morning appointment and you'll only wait 10-15 minutes out front after your appt time, then 15-20 in the back instead of a combined hour and a half. 3 stars lol

I needed to send a records request today and there was no way to do this electronically (by scan). I waited on hold for 56 minutes to be told that I must fax the request. The number given to me did not answer after 5 different attempts. I couldn't confirm the fax number on the website because it isn't listed anywhere that I could find. So, I waited on hold again for 20 minutes to be given the same fax number. It still didn't work! Your website appears to be relatively sophisticated so it is very surprising that you cannot accept electronic messages and you don't at least list the fax number somewhere on the site.

Dr. Lang and his staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain.if I have any questions and I really appreciate that.

I had an appointment with Dr Hoffman in February of this year after waiting 6 months for an appointment. They called me and canceled my appointment and said they could not reschedule me until November of this year. I just called asking when my appointment is and they told me it was canceled and they never called me. And I cannot get another appointment until August of 2026. This is unacceptable and really poor practice. Not a happy camper.
