Do NOT count on South County Eye Institute. They aren't there to help you when you need them. After 21 years they have lost me as a patient.
Today I called the South County office 4 times. Each time I tried a different extension. Each time the line dropped. I tried the Providence office and received no help. I wanted to email my doctor but was told the office didn't use email! You expect a medical office to be there when you need them. Don't count on this office.

I very rarely leave bad reviews but I've been going to this practice for over 25 years and since they were acquired they've gotten progressively worse and worse. Terrible customer service, impossible to get a hold of on the phone, reschedule appointments on you all the time. I would not advise to anyone.

Dr. Larkin did a laser to my eyes. Walked in seeing fine, no glasses and left not even being able to read a menu. Larkin said, that's what happens when you get older. In a day?! She's a quack.
