Koch Eye Associates Warwick - Toll Gate Rd

Went to Koch for a contact lens renewal appointment. Informed Koch, I would pay cash because I do not have health insurance. After the appointment, I paid cash and left. Called Koch to order new contact lens. I was informed that I could not order them because there was a balance on my account. After a few calls to billing and the office, Koch informed me that the doctor made a mistake in the computer. The doctor stated there was an exam for glasses and contacts instead of just a contact lens exam. The office manager told me the error would be corrected and I could come in for another set of trial lens. I went by and picked up my prescription and trial lens. I received another bill from Koch for the service I did not receive. I called billing three times over the course of three days. No one answered or they would answer and hang up. I contacted the office but no one answered. I spoke to several receptionist. One took down my name and number along with the issue, and stated someone would call me. I never heard from anyone at Koch. I am still trying to reach a representative to clear up this billing error. It is not the patient's responsibility to fix their mistakes. I cannot recommend Koch based on these issues.

Dr Luck was wonderful! As was Mimi and Bre. For my first time at Koch Eye, I was extremely happy with their professionalism and was treated with utmost respect. I will be coming back here for all my eye care.

I have had cataract surgery by Dr. Richard Sayegh, who is very skilled and knowledgeable. He referred me to Dr. Tatyana for wet AMD and I have been treating with her for several years now. She is a top notch retinal specialist and I consider myself fortunate to be a patient at Koch Eye Associates.

I would not recommend this office. My appointment was in January, but I didn't receive a bill until July--and it was for the full cost of the visit because they never even tried to run it through the insurance they already had on file. When I called, they admitted they had missed the filing deadline and told me they now needed a special code from me to submit the claim. I took the time to call my insurance company, got the code, and passed it along to them. Weeks later, I received another bill for the full balance--still with no attempt to file through my vision insurance. I don't have time to chase down their mistakes and do their job for them. This kind of laziness and lack of follow-through is unacceptable.

Always a pleasure to see Dr Scharff. The optical shop staff is very helpful and the selection of glasses, contacts and LASIK are all available.

Horrible wait time to receive your glasses!! -1 star!!We have been waiting for OVER ONE MONTH for a pair of glasses!! Absolutely vile. I regret ever going to this place. To this DATE we still did not receive the glasses. Awful!!

From checking in to checking out the care was excellent. My doctor today was Dr. Graise who took her time in explaining everything.
