Lisa and Harold here..... Dr. Parks is an excellent Dr. listens and is very thorough. The office staff is amazing.....I called today on a time crunch my frames broke and Linda was able to find my frames and was able to fix them and also had Harold's glasses and was able to get them fitted. Small office with great personal attention. We highly recommend!!!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Parks. My husband had something stuck in his eye and was in a lot of discomfort. Even though it was a Sunday morning, Dr. Parks responded to our call within ten minutes and arranged to see him immediately. He was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. His calm demeanor made a stressful situation much easier. We are so thankful we found him--highly, highly recommend!

I was recommended to this office for an eye exam. I will never go back. It took an hour and a half to get my eyes examined. Dr. Park stopped a few times during my exam to go talk to his office staff about h's lease on his office and who knows what else. Really ? That couldn't wait until your lunch hour ? Whatever he dilated my eyes with around 11:15 didn't wear off until 8:15 that night. I've never had that happen to me before. I couldn't see to drive home which was quite a ways. It was an awful experience. I will never go back there again. Don't believe google reviews that's all I can say.
