Excellent, and exceptional service across the board!!! Dr. Bickford was absolutely amazing in helping me with my eye condition and getting me on the right track with treatment after being misdiagnosed by my initial doctor from elsewhere! LaKendea, who took my call and got me an appointment and important paperwork taken care of , went above and beyond to promptly get me an appointment and much needed- emergency help- when I was in distress!! The staff is beautiful and friendly and the facility is VERY welcoming. I definitely enjoyed every experience thus far at this place and with Dr. Bickford!

I wish I could give Dr Beckford 10 stars. When he walks into the exam room I was greater with a smile and a handshake. He put me at ease right away. He completed my eye exam and then told me about my condition in a way I understood. He gave me suggestions on things I could do to slow the progression of my cataracts. He answered my questions without making me feel like I was being rushed. He is the best eye Dr I have ever been to.
